Q: How do I use POM Portal?

A: Enter the website on your POTW's Invitation Letter into your internet browser.
You will need to Register and create and an account before you can use POM Portal.

Q: How do I submit a pumpout manifest?

A: Once you have registered and logged into POM Portal, you'll need to select an FSE to submit a pumpout manifest for.
Then you can fill out the pumpout manifest and submit it.

Q: Can I submit pumpout manifests for different FSEs?

A: Yes. If you manage/service multiple FSEs, you can add them to your profile.

Q: When do I submit a pumpout manifest?

A: You can submit a pumpout manifest as soon as you are done with it. POM Portal can be accessed from most mobile devices, as well as desktop and laptop computers.
